DATE:  Saturday, November 10, 2018 - Prejudging: 10:00 AM - Finals: 6:00 PM

LOCATION:  Little Creek Casino and Resort, 91 West State Route 108, Shelton, WA 98584

ENTRY FEE:  Contestants may enter more than one division: $103.50 per entry ($100 entry fee, $3.50 administrative fee). Fees are paid during online registration via PayPal, or if you are mailing your registration form, payment can be made via Cashier's Check or Money Order made payable to: N38 Productions, LLC. All entry fees and tickets purchased are non-refundable.

DEADLINE:  November 2, 2018. Late entries $203.50 (NO EXCEPTIONS). All entry fees and tickets are non-refundable.

QUALIFICATIONS:  This competition is open to all NPC registered athletes who meet the following requirements:

1) Must have a current NPC card (unregistered athletes may purchase cards for $125 on day of event, which will be valid through December 31, 2018).  To expedite check-in, pre-register for your NPC card at NPC cards will also be available at check-in.

2) Competitors in a specific age group must provide proof of age (birth certificate or drivers license) at time of registration.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: True Novice is an athlete that has never entered an NPC event. An athlete may compete in Novice if they have never placed first in their class in a novice, masters, or open contest. Refer to www.npcnewsonline.comfor more information.

NATIONAL QUALIFIER:  The NPC Northwest Championships is an NPC national qualifier. Our show qualifies the top two in all classes for any national show for one year, plus the year qualified, including any junior level national show and North American. Fitness and Masters competitors only need to enter qualify for nationals.

CLASSIC PHYSIQUE DIVISIONS: Classic Physique divisions are per the NPC rules and regulations available at: Please reference the NPC height and weight requirements when registering to find your appropriate division.

COMPETITOR AWARDS:  Awards will be given to the top 5 in each class. Overall awards will be given for Open and Masters Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Physique, Figure, and Bikini.

LARGEST TEAM AWARD:  The team with the most entries will win the largest team award.

NORTHWEST'S TOP TRAINER AWARD:  Will be awarded to the trainer whose competitors score the most points combined. The point system will go as follows: 10 points for each overall, 5 points for 1st place, 4 points for 2nd place, 3 points for 3rd place, 2 points for 4th place, and 1 point for 5th place.

CHECK-INS / WEIGH-INS:  Friday, November 9th 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm (See order of events) at Little Creek Casino (Sah-Heh-Wa-Mish Room). Competitors will weigh-in/measure-in (wearing posing suit) and check in their music. For those who do not make it to check-in Friday, there will be a final opportunity to check-in/weigh-in Saturday November 10th from 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM at the Little Creek Casino (Sah-Heh-Wa-Mish Room). A mandatory competitor meeting will follow. All competitors will be assigned their numbers at this time.

‚ÄčMUSIC:  All music is to be submitted using the music submission form on the competitor page (link in your registration confirmation email) in MP3 format. MUSIC SUBMISSION DEADLINE: November 3, 2018.

NO DUMBELLS BACKSTAGE:  Dumbells will not be provided in the pump-up area, nor are they allowed anywhere backstage. There will be a limited amount of exercise bands provided. Competitors are advised to bring exercise bands to pump up.
